This (thin, flat, mechanically tenderized and extremely flavorful) boneless steak has a robust beefy flavor that makes it a natural for spicier dishes, such as fajitas. Flank Steak is usually marinated and is great either grilled or broiled. Carve the steak thinly across the grain to promote tenderness. Can also be cut into strips for a stir-fry or kabobs.
